Baozi brings Asian street food to downtown Lawrenceville: soft bao buns stuffed to the edge, crispy sushi tacos, and sizzling hibachi, all made to order.
Each bao is steamed or toasted, then packed with bold fillings. Try the Original Gua Bao with braised pork belly, pickled cucumber, peanuts and house hoisin, or the Kickin' Chicken Bao with spicy curry sriracha. The Crunch Sushi Taco layers eel and spicy crab over sushi rice in a crispy seaweed shell.
Beyond bao, Baozi serves a full lineup of signature sushi rolls, including the Peachtree Signature, Volcano and Snow Mountain rolls, plus hibachi plates of steak, chicken, shrimp or salmon grilled with vegetables and fried rice. Hibachi bentos, wing combos and bao meals round out the menu.
